KL and Melaka Trip (Part 2)

2nd day(17/6/09),

Place went : Sg. Wang

Meet up : Sook Nee, Ching Hun and Chew Yong... and also Fracis(don't really know his spelling)...

Transport : Bus to KL Central, Monorail to Berjaya Time Square...
Mission : Buy cheap dress for CE PROM...

Since Sg. Wang is near to Berjaya, Pavilion and Lau Yat... So we went to shop around... At Pavilion, there's a shop that sells toast... A lot of types of toast... I tried the french toast... It's not as what I expect... I still prefer the French Toast from KIM GARY... still haven't find any shop that prepares better than them... End of the day, didn't manage to buy any suitable dress for me, so MISSION FAILED...

4th day(19/6/09) --> a bit mixed up with the dates, sorry!,
Place to meet : Petaling Street
Meeting with : Chew Yong and Lup Yen
Transport : Bus to KL Central, then KTM to KL...(actually should take KTM direct to KL but due to miscommunication, so have to trouble myself)
Mission : Eat nice food and shop around

We went to eat 'Tai Lok Mee' or 'Hokkien Char'(for KL people) and 'Char Mee Suah'. The food was nice but a little too oily... Then Yen introduced us with Durian Cream Puff... It's tasty... Don't really remember the bakery's name but it somewhere near Petaling Street... Have to try it... so end of the day, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED...

KL and Melaka Trip (Part 1)

Hey, guys...

I'm back from KL and Malacca trip I went for the past 1 week and half (i came back on last thursday)...
Actually it was RELAXING, as I went to KL 2 days after my sister's wedding...
I go there by FLIGHT... FIREFLYZ, the ticket was kind of cheap, as it only cost RM 70 for both ways, and I can save up my precious 4hours(compare to going by bus)...
Now, the Fireflyz seat are better, although it's smaller compare to the AirAsia,
but it's also the leather type seat compared to the previous trip.
They also prepared MUFFINS and ORANGE JUICE as light refreshment for their customers...
The muffins was nice...
My friend, Lett fetched me from the SUBANG airport...
When i arrived at the airport, I was SHOCKED...
the airport TRANSFORMED into a better looking one, compared to my previous trip,
it was really BAD...
now they even have BIG Apple Donuts, Starbucks there...
wow... Really beautiful...

Ok, back to the story, Lett fetched me from the airport as I'll be staying at her small little room for ONE week plus, better not complain... any way, THANKS lett for the accommodation.
She brought me right to her college as she had UNFINISHED matter to settle...
There I met with JoJo, JoJoan, Michelle, Yion, Abu, Victor, Ilex (the same old people that came to Penang that day for holidays-sori if I missed out anyone), Jasmine Ong
AND
Cynthia, Nicholas, Horng, Jasmine Hong, June, Cally(the new friends that i'd meet)...
all of them are funny, hillarious, friendly and kind...

that day, I didn't manage to go to any places, as I was too tired and there was not time for me to do that also, so Jasmine, Lett and me went for Thai food somewhere near her house before we headed back to her house....

Then the next morning was the Wedding Day... where people say 'chip sin niau' (fetch the bride)... Most of it was on my previous post already... so that's all for now...

OVerr...

it's finally OVER!!!!

after being busy for the last ONE MONTH preparing the house for my sister's wedding,
today it's finally OVER!!!
with some help, I cleaned the WHOLE HOUSE,
my 2nd sis room (which was used as store room),
throw more than TEN bags of RUBBISH with some recycle material...

yesterday was the DINNER,
my sis had it at SEAVIEW,
I was kinda busy walking around and taking photos of ME(not really the bride...hehehe),
I didn't get to enjoy the food much...
towards the end, a few of us had to count the ang pau somemore....
so busy la... going dinner as a guest is better.

before dinner, around 1pm i went for a HAIR-DO.
she cut my hair, made a temporary curl for me, and styled my hair for the dinner,
and can you guys guessed the price??
all that just for RM19. cheap right?
and I like the hair style a lot...
but it's a bit torturing as i need to preserve the hair for this morning as well
kesian me, as i need to sleep with my back facing up...

this morning, we prepared a 'wonderful' MEAL for the bridegroom,
and some exercise before he got to meet his 'wife'...
these were the ULTIMATE GAME:
1. separate the red beans from the bowl(contains green, red beans and barley) and make I LOVE U word out of it...
2. since he said he's a 'banana' in the dinner, another task for him is to write 'I, name, love, name, forever' in CHINESE CHARACTER... though he did not know how the chinese character looks like, with some help from the heng tai, he managed to complete it.
3. next is the MAIN COURSE we prepared, one wine glass of ginger juice, 3 ketla, one wine glass of bitter god juice, and 4 spicy creampuff... for your info, the juices all were freshly made by ME... hehehe...
4. next, my niece, less than 1 year old was in the bad mood, and since we hope that he can practise good parental love, this task is to MAKE THE LITTLE GIRL LAUGH, at least smile...
5. lastly, he had to look for the room key to get into the room.
6. additional task from my sista, the bride, he had to sing 'Everyday I love you', it's their song...

i was the bridesmaid and it wasn't an easy task, till now my leg still sore...
but it was a good experience, and I learned to put on my own make-up as well...

MJ game

These few days, i been playing MJ with my mum, aunt and sis(sometimes)...
Including today, it was the 3rd time i played.
The first time i played,
I LOST and my mum and aunt said,
"Normal la. OOk gien ma..."
translated version, "It's normal. New players must pay fees."
The second time and third time,
luck is at my side, as I WON...
Yippee... although it's a bit but still I WON.
Although i'm not really good at this game, I'm enjoying it,
as I can learn to act and think as quickly as i could.
I'm still LEARNING... and I don't hope to pay 'fees'...
hehehe...

p.s: my house got 3 different sets of mahjong. 1 gin rummy, a 3 player mahjong and a 4 player mahjong set... so at least my mum and aunt can spend their time when they're bored...

Recently

I bought a dress... knee length...
I prefer that, as a long one is not really suitable for me.
The dress is purple in color with some sequins...
Not bad for the price as well...
who can guess the price is just below RM40,
for that type of material.
It's for my sis wedding.
and now i'll have to hunt for shoes to pair the dress...
will have the photo up after the 'EVENT'...
