3rd week...

this week weekends have 3 days of holidays, FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY...
yeah... which means can go back hometown... where I m doing all the typing from... hahaha
I was afraid I can't get the ticket to go back, so i asked my friend JY's help. Went and bought the ticket for me, RM 35...
the days went by... one after another, and it was THURSDAY, the day i'm going back...
therefore don't really have the mood to work... haiz....
so right after work, it's JY who sent me to BKT JALIL bus station...
my bus SHOULD be at 7.45pm, BUT it reached at 8.30pm...
and START the journey at 9pm.
real bad in keeping the time.
so i knew i will be late in arriving at Penang... which is so TRUE. I reached at 2.30pm... a long 5 hours and half!!!!

the next morning... it's wesak day... since the night before i slept at 5am, i can only wake up at 10am...
My mum and I went for lunch, then I went to Mahindrama Temple at Kampar Road to help out...
I helped till 6.30pm... even though it was tiring, it was kinda fun.... helping out with my aunts, cousins, and nephew... we did some "SS" thing as we always did, taking photos when others were serious helping out...
hehehe... will post the picts when I got them from my cousin. hehehe

on saturday went to AZUMA for lunch with my mum, sis, bro in-law with his parents as well... then went and shop for BROADBAND!!! yeah... sponsored by my beloved sister and her hubby... thanks
at night, met with my friend to discuss her trip to Sabah and I went to meet up with my cousins and of course the ever little cutie, HERLISHER!!!!
now, she's so talkative and cuter.... felt like want to pinch her cheek... awww...
so nice...

today, SUNDAY... going back soon... at 2pm later... back to putrajaya again, but one thing different... I have BROADBAND!!! which means, i can online, ANYTIME and ANYWHERE!!! heheheheheheh

2nd week

I know this is a bit late... but it's due to BLOCKED from internet connection at the OFFICE!!!

the 2nd week went quite well... especially the weekends...

on the saturday, I went to ALMANDA alone!!!! it was quite a fun journey. I sat the nadi putra bus which costs RM0.50 one way!! CHEAP right??

DO you guys know, CARREFOUR offering WIFI and 2PC to online... yup, the one in alamanda. there is a place where they have plugs and place to sit for you to use the WIFI and there is an internet kiosk... with 2 PC...

I went to OLD TOWN to had lunch... and of course ONLINE as well... 4Mbps connection there... should be fast, but i felt that my house line is faster... the one i'm using now... that's all for saturday.

on SUNDAY, i didn't planned to go out... but in the middle of saturday nite, my friend QY asked whether want to follow her to KLCC for some shopping. I was like, KLCC?? sure expensive... but nothing wrong with window shopping right so I agreed...

in the morning, i took bus to Central Mark3t, which cost me RM3.50... a bit expensive as it was ONE WAY trip... then went around Petaling Street since it was still very early. then i took LRT from Central Market to KLCC. which cost only RM1.60. 

met QY and we went for lunch at CHILI's... burnt ONE BIG hole in the pocket again... 

QY planned to go beauty expo so i just followed... she bought mask there, me NOTHING... but got a FREE massage... hahaha

then went back in the evening... I should have to LRT back to Central Market, but i took to KL central as I did asked one guys in the LRT station. due to that, it's harder to get bus back to PUTRAJAYA. therefore i took the LRT again back to CENTRAL MARKET, which cost me another RM1.

hahahah....

then took rapid KL back to Putrajaya... TIRING but gained a lot experience....

My Journey of Internship start here

It’s been already ONE week since I stepped my foot on Putrajaya. Many would wonder why am I here in Putrajaya? Currently I’m doing my practical or many would say internship in CYBERJAYA in a company named IC Microsystem Sdn. Bhd. I would proudly say I’d gone through my 1st week.

It surely wasn’t easy to go through the first week. My work started at 8.30 am every Monday till Friday (yeah!! I have all Saturday and Sunday to myself) and ended at 5.30 p.m. It was quite an experience working in this company. There are roughly almost 100 interns and I was in the last batch. Everyone was placed in the same office, and we were given these few things:

-whole set of desktop

-drawers with locks

I was quite unlucky in the 1st two days of work. We have tasks given beginning of the week and needed to be handed over at the end of the week. On the 1st day, I didn’t receive the desktop until lunch time, where else every other interns were reading on the task that were given.

The second day was even worst as I couldn’t even ON my desktop. It was frustrating looking at others doing their ‘assignments’ where I’m sitting there doing NOTHING. It was only fixed an hour before lunch time. wow… thanks goodness…

Then I started to look for info about the topic in the assignment. The whole week was about facing the computer the WHOLE DAY, looking for INFORMATION for our assignments and PRESENTATION on layout of IC.

It wasn’t as interesting as compared to some of my coursemates where they were able to go out and fixed some hardwares but what I can say is, it’s better than those place that have nothing to do at all (can’t write report if there’s nothing to do… ehehehhe)

Saturday and Sunday were interesting. Although my coursemate (K.Ain) that rent the room with me went back her house (her house in Shah Alam) and I was left at the house in putrajaya , but it didn’t stop me from going out to explore. I asked my other housemates on how to go around by bus…

It was a coincidence where there’s a carnival in Putrajaya this weekends. It’s JOM HEBOH… interesting!!! Since I don’t really have anything to do yet except for presentation slides, I decided to take bus to that carnival. Hehehe… it’s bigger than what I expected. I walked around for about a few hours. Then went home feeling exhausted. That was a Saturday spent.

On Sunday, at first I planned to go to Alamanda, but in the end I changed my mind and went to Mydin instead. The groceries there is cheaper compare to Carrefour in Alamanda. I waited the bus for almost one hour. It’s was hot and tiring so I quickly buy the things when I reached there. When I reached home, I took a nap for 2 hours and half.

So this is how my 1st week in a place that I’m unfamiliar with. This week will be a brand new week for me. Hopefully it will be an interesting one… heheheh

Friends

Uni friends, other than coursemates are important as well...
knowing the fact that they are graduating soon (yeah, happy for them) and will not be able to see them as often as i used too, really makes my heart sore...
many of them got really close to me... in fact they are like my sisters and brothers...
my second family there... now that they are graduating soon, after today, it will be hard for me to me them...
unless i go to their hometown...
u guys are really great friends...
wish u guys all the best in ur future undertakings... and do take care...

Sem 6 ended with a blast

wow, didn't even realize that I had abandoned my blog for more than a MONTH... awww... so so sorry...

been really really busy this semester as this is a shorter sem, but a lot of projects to be finished...

let me try to summarize what i had done in this ''short'' blog...

firstly, for methodology, i had to do a literature review on an unfamiliar topic, "Comparison Studies on the properties of Soda lignin and soda anthraquinone"... that was solo... then a group work preparing a proposal on the topic that we choose and we had to do presentation on that. so basically 3 things to do in 1 subject.

second, computer design, in group create/ design a system that uses a microprocessor... we had to come up with a circuit, coding for the microP, and do presentationS on what we did... in this we had to prepare a proposal, a few presentations slides, 2-3 progress reports and a full report.

3rd, embedded system, suddenly the lecturer came up with 2 projects with 2 reports... although we worked in group, BUT it's a personal report... and it's TWO report... excluding 9 lab reports that he asked to do... haiz...

with other subjects as well... with a lot of other assignments as well... so many things so little time...

BUT luckily and FINALLY it all comes to an END... in this semester, i learnt a lot... to be a better 'player', jokes more... think harder... become more crazy... become steadier...study hard, play hard... 

relationship within coursemates become closer... which makes me really appreciate the time being around with them. Only ONE MORE year to go... we can say it's LONG, but at the same time, we can say TIME is JUST NOT ENOUGH... A year can just pass by just like a snap of finger, or it can pass in a MEANINGFUL way... i miss my penang friends a lot... but i also do treasure the FRIENDSHIP i formed here...

Tonight is my last night here for this semester... Tomorrow i will be back to penang for a really really short break, then will head to CYBERJAYA for internship... for TEN weeks... and today, had the last paper in this semester... went to celebrate my friend/bro birthday... went to watch IRONMAN 2... was not bad...

then all this really ended well... and when i was having my dinner with my 'bunch' of coursemates, i was thinking, without them, my uni life will be so bored... although will be still a 'long' way, but i will surely miss them a lot after graduate... everyone will be having their own life... pursuing their own dream...will be going their own way... 

but no matter what, i know, life still have to go on... and i really hope that the friendship bond that we formed since the past 3 years will not fade away just like that... thanks guys and gals for the great moment we had together... and forgive me if i had been a bad person... love you guys(gals as well) a lot...
