Fiesta Cahaya '09

It's the first visit to UMS FC this time,

I was amazed by the 'kolam' that they prepared.
The colour combination was so lively...
Too bad for me as it was too big for me to take picts of it...
I only managed to take some parts of it.
The event started quite early which was a great thing compared to
Pesta Ang Pow.
I felt that the technical part did quite well as the lighting really suits the night,
but the performances was ok only,
as it was too MANY dances...
I know that Indians are good in dancing,
but too much will bored the audiences...
Overall...
It was a great night...

Missing 'him'

Lately,
i felt that i'm so sad...
Last Monday,
suddenly i missed my dad so much,
then today when i read my sis's blog,
then only i got to know that on 16th feb is the date,
the date my dad passed away 10 years ago.

All this while,
i only remember the date according to chinese calendar,
but at least now i knew the 'real' date...
No wonder my heart on that day felt so sad and sour...

Life has to go on...
As my friend told me...
"look forward with vision and not backward with pity"...
thanks ya for your comfort word...
really appreciate it...

Kolam

Yesterday i went and joined a competition with my coursemates. The competition was a Kolam(pronounce as Kho lem). From wikipedia-Kolam (Tamil: கோலம் kõlaṁ) is a form of sandpainting that is drawn using rice powder by female members of the family in front of their home. It is widely practised by Hindus in South India. A Kolam is a sort of painted prayer — a line drawing composed of curved loops, drawn around a grid pattern of dots.

It was my 1st time joining this activity, and surprisingly i really enjoyed myself. Though there's times where I was a bit clumsy and accidentally mixed the colour of the rice, but luckily it didn't make our team lose concetration. And surprisingly our team won the 2nd prize... yeah... hehehe... let's see some picts...the winning 'kolam'

D Day

I finally graduated in yellow army...

YA- digi ambassador in university...
and they get paid for the amount of hours they're working...
the happy thing was,
i graduated with an excellence and i was awarded with some cash...
which i really in need as i spoiled my handphone recently...

Valentine's

Although V's Day passed a few days ago, but i think it's still not too late to wish everyone

Happy Valentine's Day!!!
as many would say the spirit of V day will last for a week...

What do u get for and from your partner during V day??
I believe showing your love towards your partner is not just a one day thing.
it's suppose to be a 'daily routine' i feel.
if you love your partner, it's not just a one day stuff but it's a long lasting action, right??
hehehe...

Let me share with you how actually i spend my V day...
Comp. Eng club was having a fund raising program and i was in charge of it...
it's a valentines gift dedication, and we made it ourselves...
there were 3 packages, A(RM2.50), B(RM5) and C(RM15)...
so basically i spent my valentine by having headache of the dedications...

Lastly, happy valentines to my gf... sorry ya daphne for nt calling u in this day...
let me share wit u a flowers... n love u LAH... muaxx... hehehe...

Bad luck this year...

In this new MOO MOO year...

for the 1st day thought that it would be great as i got new shoes n hard disk...
BUT things become harder and not so smooth for me anymore...

WHY???
2 days after my return from Penang my matrix card(which is very important like IC)
was detained coz the skirt i wore, to 'them' was a little too short...

then, on last Saturday, i slipped and fell as the floor was too slippery.
had a blue black on my knee...
then the most HEARTBREAKING one was...
my motorola V3, 'commit suicide'...
it slipped from my hand and fell from 4th floor to ground floor...

it directly dropped from my hand to ground floor...
i can't even save it...
now the screen already spoil and the keypad came off...
i shall post the pictures later on...

Return from Penang...

it had been 2 days,
after i return from CNY break,
back to Uni life...
everything seems so pack...
with quizes, and homework...
haiz... how, how, how???
and i still need to TRAIN myself...
as preparation for climbing Mt. K...
yesterday i did some walking as i dun have the stamina to run...
quite well i would say...
