HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone...

i know it's quite late to wish but just don't care...

It's been a while since last update...
I'd been occupied with THREE jobs in hand...
but still complaining NOT ENOUGH $$ to use...
*what the heck right?*
hahha... but it's TRUE...

anyway... 2011 had been a year full of sweats/laughter/tears and emotion...
WHY??

I finished my final year project which enable me to OFFICIALLY GRADUATE...

but at the same time, convo was the last time to meet my uni friends as one WHOLE BIG GROUP...
everyone started working (which is reli good) but it also means that we won't have much time for each other..
manage to capture some with friends as well...

i like the below one the most as it's the most natural photo of us having

to all my friends that was there during my convo...

THOUSAND THANKS for just being there...

by the way, I started working already...

Working

Cutting the long story short, basically after resting at home for almost a month, I got myself a job...

A permanent job as a graduate trainee in Altera.

After start working, a lot of things became different,

such as the time being tied down,

have to think properly before spending,

and a lot more.

after work i would be a "part-time" babysitter at my sis's house, most of the evenings...

playing with my nephew and see-ing him grow really nice.

kids nowadays are really smart in most of the way and they learn real fast...

therefore never do inappropriate things in front of your kids...

then recently, there's raya+merdeka breaks.

I had friends visiting from KL, and had 2-3 gatherings with high school mates...

I became tour guide for my KL friends and had fun time out touring the town...(*got sunburn there as well*)

the gathering with schoolmates was awesome as there's friends that I'd not meet for YEARS already...

we talked, played and drank a lot...

it's really nice to be around with friends all the time as there will b no worries but just having fun...

Home Sweet Home for good

Finally, after FOUR YEARS of struggle in studies...
I managed to FINISH them...
with tonnes of projects/homeworks/activities and etc,
I did have TONNES of FUN with coursemates and friends...
and of course not forgotten, MY LOVELY 2nd sister...

before ending everything, I did went to Taiwan with coursemates,
it was truly FUN with friends..
Now that everything already ENDED...
no more studying to do, no more games to be played,
it's TIME to look for a job and work permanently...
NO PLAY PLAY already...

and IM BACK in penang...
which is home SWEET home...
manage to catch up with my sister, went to visit DARREN,(being cuter and more mischievous)
and I'm looking forward for Darren's and Daphne's Birthday party this weekend...

Basically I don't know what TITLE to put up there...
so I left it with NONAME... hehehhe...
previously was kinda busy...
(not pack schedule but kinda bzzzzz)

WHY?? hmm....
you see, right after my VIVA,
I have a short course... PHP 6 development...
Some programming related to web development...
it was a TWENTY days program...
just finished last Friday....
that's why I'm still not back in Penang...
the other reason... I shall make it a surprise later...

the program was fun though...
after the program, many already went back...
leaving one after another...
I started to miss them already...
4years...
not a short period... all the things we went through...
all the memories we had...
will not be forgotten...
It is part and parcel of life...
to meet and apart...
but I'm really glad to have all of them...
in my life...

Outing with Coursemates

This is a REALLY SUPER OUTDATED post...
but anyway... as i mentioned in the previous post, i would like to share about the outing we had...

in these 4 years, SABAH had been my home...
I stayed here more than I go back to Penang...
and my coursemates are like my 2nd family...

we did a lot of things together...
happy ones, crazy ones...
and all these are ending in NO TIME...

a number of them already went back to their hometown...
which means I won't be able to meet them till convo or go to the place they stay...
we don't go class together anymore...
we don't have trip of ONE BIG BUNCH of people anymore...

everyone is taking their own road, to their future...
things will definitely be different already...
even our friendship as well...

I don't know...
maybe we might not be that close anymore...
maybe we will not remember names after a long period of time...
and maybe, we will no meet again...
BUT I really thank them for all the memories(good and bad) they gave me...
they are really precious that nothing can replace...

therefore, now, since im still in sabah...
i m taking every chances to be with them and have fun with them...
at least when i leave, it would be GREAT MEMORIES that stay...

I've nothing much to write lately...

so today, I choose to write on this...

As we all know FRIENDS are part of our life...

Other than our family, they are the people that we spend most time with...

Though they come and go sometimes...

but there's surely some that will stay deep in your heart...

there are a lot of categories of friends,

i. normal friend,

ii. family-type friend,

iii. best friend,

iv. you-tell-everything friend

v. etc

ME, myself am sure that i'd got these types of friends in the list.

I will not tell who's on which categories...

(sense of privacy *wink wink*)

but i'm going to tell about my friends that currently in my mind....

(for those who're not listed, don't be sad, u're in my heart as well,

it's just that i can't list down everyone... else the post will be SUPER SUPER DUPER loooongggg)

firstly, I would like to go with qian...

(isn't she sweet)

knew this lucky gal from F2,

she's sweet, nice and everything good...

last time, we used to go to movies right after schools,

go for laksa and tom yam anytime that we could

(since we have the common interest in those food)

we'd been through a lot and she's really a nice gal....

the next one i would like to tell about Lett (on the left) n MC (on the right)...

known these 2 gals from being a barista at sbux...

yup, I worked for sbux for almost 1/2 a year...

both of them are good friends,

and they are my great friend as well...

one is super CRAZY, another is super "innocent"...

no matter what,

they were there when i needed them

(somehow),

and I hope they still be...

really thankful to have them by my side.

next i would like to talk about Kelly...

she's studying in the same Uni as I am...

she's kind, sweet, nice...

OUTLOOK: she's pretty, simple, polite

INNER SELF: don't judge ppl by the look only...

she's a bit WILD(in a good way), still pretty, and sometimes "evil"

not the bad evil, EVIL, but it's the good evil, "EVIL"...

and I really would like to thankful for the crazy stuff we did together...

and also being with me during my UPS and DOWNS...

Next, there's YAN...

she was my room mate during my 1st and 2nd year of uni life...

we had crazy talks, crazy trips and craziness while having fun...

it's nice to hav her by urside...

from the look, she may be little,

but don't get fooled...

she's a fighter...

and don't mess with her...

or u a** may be kicked by her...

Lately, it's been RAINING in KK...

YUP, RAIN...

rain = COLD WEATHER!!!!

which also means, it's GREAT to just hide urself under a BIG BIG COMFORTER...

and due to EXAM STRESS, which I can't really answer the questions

and did STUPID CARELESS MISTAKES,

I ended up asking ppl to go for STEAMBOAT...

i like the EQUATION below...

cold weather + steamboat + friends = PERFECT

since there's this restaurant that just opened recently,

I suggested to try it out...

it was actually my 1st steamboat at SABAH RESTAURANTS...

(normally we just do it at home... for cheaper price and more variety of the food)

foooooddd....

and of course we're the MAIN ones...

therefore, we ~~PLAY~~ do some creative things with it...

actually i was quite disappointed with MOST of the food...

i won't describe much...

despite the stress that i'm having for the upcoming exam on WED,

I went out yesterday for release tension session...

which include EAT GOOD and HAVE FUN...

Went to Little Kitchen Restaurant in KK,

2 weeks holidays finally come to an end...
it's so soon and I still haven't had enough of it yet...

but what can I do???
life still goes on...

I can say this CNY break was the BUSIEST and most UTILIZED one...
with only TWO WEEKS break, i have a long TO-DO list...
as posted in the previous post,
I became a part time NANNY JAMIE...
with my sis NANNY JO as well...

as I mentioned, DARREN is super cute...
he's the cutie in the house...
he smiled easily when you played with him...
and super active as well...

unfortunately, he's very impatient...
(bad habit)
and his screaming can TEAR DOWN the house....

then I also met with adorable Herlisher...
she's super super super cute and cheeky...
with her acts, you can definitely laugh NON-STOP...
and she really know how to distract you from being angry at her...
really clever girl...

and not forgotten, she knows how to take photos with a camera,
although not really capturing with the correct mode and angle,
but bare in mind, she's just TWO YEARS PLUS...
"i wonder what was I doing when I was 2+"

that were about the cuties in house,
then, my cousin, sister and I had a PHOTOSHOOT session...
with a DSLR loaned from my eldest... hehehhe
it wasn't a prefect shot, but at least we had fun...

Frankly, I don't really had the time to on my laptop and online until now...
since I went back to penang, i was busy, rushing here and there,
doing chores, and being with family,
I didn't manage to even meet up with friends...
really disappointing...

but i truly miss all my friends a lot.
2 weeks wasn't really long,
so the next time I'm back,
i will definitely meet up and catch up with my dearest friends...

yeah... now i'm back in penang....

been back since 27th.... BUT super duper BZZZZ...

Because i'm becoming the NANNY of the days...

been back for so many day but i didn't have the TIME to even take out my lappy from my BULKY bag...

these 3 days, i'd been nanny, went for shopping and more nanny work...

helping my sis taking care of baby Darren when she brought him back from the REAL nanny...

been playing with him for a few days now...

he's not as ~~FAT~~ big as i thought he would be...

but he's surely "long"...

according to my sis, he's 65-70cm...

and he's just 6 + months ni...

he's the CUTIE... he always smiles to me and keep wanting ppl to carry him...

he's super SMART and REALLY inpatient...

when he sits on his 'eating chair', he will start "yiiik yiikkkk nyyeeekkk" already...

because he CAN'T wait for his FOOD...

and yesterday, he was out with us, the three sisters from 10.3am-8.30pm... for shopping...

the best part of that was HE DIDN'T really MAKE NOISE...

(even when he pooopsss also he kept quite only....)

i'm sure many will fall for this little cutie...

As the night before, we stayed at ELKY's house,
the next morning, her parents took us out for breakfast...

yummmyyy.... we ate quite a lot...
THANKS uncle and auntie for TREATING us...
the food were deliciousssssssssssssssssssssssssss....

since it was too early to go to the Bako National Park (BNP)...
we went to the Spring... a mall in Kuching...
we found some imported goods and bought them back to KK with us...

after 'the Spring' we headed to a temple where we're able to estuary and the LARGE LARGE ships...
the temple trip was quick as we only had 30 mins to walk around and take photographs...

then "BAKO here we come"...
a lot of things happened in BNP...
we gt "lost" and managed to get out of the forest...
it was exhausting jungle trekking as I didn't do that for quite some time...

I slept at 9++...

Was at my sister's in-law's house baking with my sis...

last time, when i was in FORM 1-3

it was like EIGHT to TEN years ago *sounded old rite?*,

i looked forward in my elective classes...

though some teachers were quite ~~FIERCE~~ strict,

BUT i really do ENJOY the COOKING & BAKING classes (only when HAND-ONS were involve)...

~i'm not much of a jotting down and writing person back then~

It was really FUN back then, with my FRIENDS around...

we were discussing, chit-chatting, baking & cooking together

and FINALLY after everything,

we will FEAST...

I like to COOK and BAKE...

(not the washing part though)

lately, i went to my friend's school lab...

in the UNI of course...

it's where the cooking and baking classes took place...

before entering, I had quite HIGH EXPECTATION on the equipments and the condition of the lab...

but UNFORTUNATELY, it's not what I though of,

anyway...

I went there to bake CAKE and PIZA...

woohooo....

I know, saliva must be dripping right??

hehehe...

PREVIOUSLY, when entering my secondary school cooking classes,

we had to WEAR the appron that we SEW...

NOW, in order to enter the LAB,

I had to wear LAB COAT...

which I don't obtain one myself...

okok... I'd been talking grandmother stories...

to cut things short...

I baked my 1st BANANA CUPCAKES...

(recipe obtained from my sister)

it was a SUCCESS...

and addition to it... I put in some CHOCOLATE CHIPS...

I was really glad to have them with me there...

Till now, the list is countless... the list keep updating with NEW NAMES...

I may forgot the OLD ones, as my memory is like HARD DISK, the space is limited...

Besides schooling, other activities/working also introduced me to new friends...

now that I'm in University, the "network" grows bigger...

I have:

seriously ones,

it goes on and on... but one thing similar about them is they are all FRIENDS...

after the trekking to the waterfall...

We went back to the 'headquarter'...

the lunch we had before the hike...

after the 'stream trekking' (i would say), we went to pick FRUITS...

I managed to hike up the hill...

Yesterday went for STEP UP 3....
I watched Step Up 1, but not 2...
I didn't go 3D version coz my friends don't want to pay so expensive ticket...

the story line was normal only...

it's been a week ++ since came back to SABAH!!!
it's not really BUSY... but the past one week didn't really went well for me...

1stly, i RUSHED my industrial training report...
which I almost got crazy (a bit exaggerating... but what to do.. my nature, hehehehe)
managed to get it DONE!!! wooohhoooo...

2ndly, it's been raining daily, ON and OFF... almost everyday...
haiz... since I'm lazy BUM BUM... I didn't get myself a raincoat... and NO RAINCOAT during riding == SICK for few days...
YUP, I was not really feeling well for the past few days... and still is RIGHT NOW!!!
sore throat, running nose...(almost fever)... walao eh...

bumpiest ride...

yesterday i took flight back to sabah as usual...
I had to transit to KL befor heading back to Sabah... (through MAS)

As usual, for the 50mins ride to KL, a little bumpy here and there, as the weather was not really pleasant...
They provide us with peanuts and juices(orange and pink guava) as usual...
*no picts... hehehe

Then during the flight to Sabah, before take off, it was raining... (not heavy but it's not drizzling as well)
I don't know why, but I kinda have a BAD feeling this time. Normally, I don't...
As usual, we were served with meals in the middle of the flying period. the choices were beef rendang with white rice or briyani with curry chicken... so i choose the latter.

the meals include the main dish(rice n chicken) and SIDE DISHES... 3 pieces of ferrero roches, 1 slice of fruit cake and sprizter mineral water... really full only with the rice. so I gave the side dishes except for the mineral water to LEOO, driver of the nite...

when it's 20 mins to landing, I was a bit shocked... I been through something I haven't experienced before in the 3 years of taking flight... I experienced ROLLER COASTER rides... not so exciting like 'CORKSREW' in genting, but it was real bummmmpppyyyyyyyyyyy and I was a bit terrified by the experience... I just can't explain how the feeling like, but it's not something any of you would like to experience... (at least we know the corkscrew have safety measurement... In the plane, ANYTHING can HAPPEN)

Luckily the pilot managed to pull it through, *big claps* for the pilot. really an experience one... many claps when we pass the 'danger' area. GOOD JOB!!!.. else, today you'll be reading about some accident in the paper, and the curry chicken and briyani was my last meal... hehehhe...

Today, 16th July 2010,

the LAST DAY of my internship (LI) in IC Microsystem Sdn. Bhd located in Cyberjaya.

Surprisingly, I wasn't really happy. I was not sad either.

I don't know how to describe my feeling...

Actually I enjoyed my internship/practical/LI period. I learned things that I never exposed to, and it was quite interesting. I just ~~hate~~ didn't like the theory part (where we have to study or refer back book for the information... as I not a 'book person')

Along the LI period, I enjoyed myself a lot as well... Let's see why??!!!

1st weekend, i went to the 'JOM HEBOH' carnival...
2nd weekend, went to ALAMANDA alone, walked around. besides that I took public transport to KLCC as well... wakakaka
3rd weekend, the only trip went back to Penang
4th weekend, went to Shah Alam, Kak Ain's house. was quite 'thick face', I went to her friend's 'kenduri' uninvited...
5th and 6th weekend, went to KY's and Yan's house at Kepong. I went to KY's Prime Time and meet up with Quin, YY, SL as well. KY and I, went to Time Square, Yan and I went to Mid Valley to shop... We also went to FULL HOUSE as well for dinner with QY.but there's one weekday that we(kak ain and I) went to Putrajaya to take photographs.
7th weekend, helped my housemate at her sport day in Kajang. during the weekday, went to Kajang and had satay... muahahaha... meet up with Azma, secondary school friend whom I didn't meet for 5 years.
8th week, made sudden decision to go to Malacca to meet my lalings and Cicak... eheheh
9th weekend, went to genting with JY, QY, and Sim. it was my 1st time to genting WITH FRIENDS and FIRST time SHOUTED when I went on rides. It was an AWESOME trip. I also met up with Cla for movies and Lett, Ruth, Ilex, Ian, JOng, and others (too many to mention) for lunch and yam cha session...
10th week, which is this week, going back to Penang and Sabah... yesterday nite I went to I-City... thanks to Kak... heheheh

I really enjoyed myself a lot... I feel I will miss everyone here in KL... including friends that i get to know in ICmic... Sabah coursemates, wait ya... will be seeing you guys real soon...

this was what happened last saturday...
It was a NORMAL Saturday morning... I slept until 11.00am
(YA, i know, BUT it's THE ONLY DAY i can sleep till that late)

After bathing and ate BRUNCH, I felt BORED!!! There were only 2 of us at home (my roommate and I), so out of a sudden I decide wanted to go to MALACCA to meet my laling, BF, my kia and aunt... (although it had been in my mind for weeks to go malacca to meet daphne, but the decision made on that saturday before 12noon-which means less than 1 hour)

so I googled for information on buses and the time and place of departure (wow, really thankful I have a Broadband) and I found out that the nearest pick up point is at Putrajaya Sentral which was like 5 mins from my house if I take a bus(which only cost me rm0.50 to go there).

So I called and confirmed the details with the company TRANSNATIONAL... went to the bus station at 2.00pm to buy bus ticket, then I had to wait for 2 more hours before starting the journey to Malacca.

I felt it was like a dream... Make a decision to go Malacca and went to buy the ticket right away... without any ~~planning~~ notice (I do called my daughter to confirm her availability) and returned the next night... though, it was a great trip i would say despite the queuing and waiting... hehehe, photos will be up soon...
